Professional pilot subscription terms

1. Pilot service

The founding pilot includes one hosted, co-branded calculator page for one approved business and market, approved brand details and contact link, source-reviewed starting assumptions, shareable scenarios, the branded print/PDF report, hosting, and reasonable maintenance of the existing calculator experience. Custom website development, lead delivery, advertising, mortgage qualification, CRM integration, and an embedded version are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Preview, approval, and launch

No payment is requested before an applicant is accepted and receives a working preview. The partner must approve the displayed business identity, contact destination, market, and starting assumptions. Service begins only after secure checkout is completed, the active subscription is verified, and the approved partner page is made available. A checkout return page by itself is not payment proof.

3. Price and recurring billing

The founding subscription is $29/month, billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe until cancelled. There is no trial unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. Any legally required tax will be shown at checkout when applicable. The checkout page controls if it shows a different agreed price or billing period.

Stripe processes payment credentials. Enomicsoft receives subscription, customer, invoice, and payment-status records but does not receive the full card number entered in Stripe Checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The subscription may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal when available or by emailing enomicsoft@rentvsbuyhub.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no further renewal charge. Access may continue through that period unless the partner asks for earlier removal or immediate removal is required for safety or legal reasons.

Paid monthly periods are not prorated or refunded for unused time, except where required by law. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. If Rent vs Buy Hub takes the first payment but cannot launch the approved pilot service, that first charge will be refunded.

5. Brand and content permission

The partner represents that it has the right to submit and authorize use of its business name, logo, initials, colors, contact link, and other public brand material. The partner grants Enomicsoft a limited, non-exclusive permission to copy, resize, adapt for accessibility, and display that material only to prepare, operate, support, and demonstrate the partner's approved service. This permission ends when the service ends, subject to reasonable backup and removal time.

6. Educational-use limits

Rent vs Buy Hub is an educational scenario tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, real-estate, mortgage, investment, or affordability advice; quote a loan; qualify a borrower; guarantee savings; or predict market results. The partner must not describe it otherwise or use it to make misleading claims. Users should review assumptions and consult qualified professionals for decisions.

7. Acceptable use and client data

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity. Do not submit client names, account numbers, government identifiers, card or bank details, passwords, confidential files, or other sensitive information through the calculator, onboarding form, scenario links, or support email. Anyone with a shared scenario link or QR code can view the assumptions encoded in it.

8. Availability and pilot changes

The pilot may change as the product is improved. Reasonable notice will be given before a material reduction in the paid scope or a price change, and the partner may cancel before the change takes effect. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed. Calculation fixes, accessibility improvements, source updates, and changes needed for safety or law may be made without prior approval.

9. Suspension and termination

Service may be paused or ended for nonpayment, misuse, infringement, misleading claims, a harmful or unsafe contact destination, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Either party may end the pilot before the next renewal. If Enomicsoft ends an active paid period without partner breach and removes service immediately, the unused portion of that period will be refunded.

10. Warranty and liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of business, lead, transaction, or financial results. Enomicsoft is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from assumptions, market changes, partner claims, third-party links, or decisions made using the calculator. Any direct liability relating to the paid pilot is limited to the subscription fees paid during the three months before the event that caused the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain intact.
