Public calculator

Calculator entries are processed in your browser. Shareable scenario values are stored in the link fragment after the # symbol rather than sent as a normal page request. Anyone you give a scenario link to can see the assumptions encoded in it, so do not include information you consider sensitive.

Professional pilot applications

The application form collects your name, work email, optional website, primary market, professional role, delivery preference, intended use, and acknowledgment of the proposed founding rate. This information is used only to evaluate the pilot, contact you about the application, and, if both sides agree, plan the service.

Applications are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Rent vs Buy Hub by email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Its anti-spam checks may include Google reCAPTCHA. Review FormSubmit's privacy terms. Do not submit client information, government identifiers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page usage and performance. URLs are stripped of query strings and link fragments before they are sent. Custom professional-offer events use bounded categories such as placement, application stage, and delivery preference. Campaign links may also use one fixed, non-personal channel label such as direct outreach or LinkedIn. Names, email addresses, websites, markets, free-text answers, arbitrary query values, and calculator inputs are not placed in those events.

Retention and sharing

Application emails are kept as needed to evaluate and operate the pilot. Rent vs Buy Hub does not sell application information. It may be shared with service providers that help operate the site and email workflow, or when required by law.
